For participants in Category C, the presentation can be conducted according to the student’s abilities. For example, if a student has a speech impairment, they may present their project using sign language. However, to ensure all judges can follow the presentation, especially those without knowledge of sign language, subtitles must be included in the video to accurately represent what is being communicated through sign language or other non-verbal methods. This ensures your innovation and message are clearly understood and fairly evaluated by all judges.
